About the Role

The Role:

As an HR Representative at Tidy Temps, you'll wear many hats, playing a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for Cleaning Specialist Contractor roles. Welcome new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage benefits enrollment. Answer questions and provide guidance on benefits plans.
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Promote company policies and procedures.
Payroll and Timekeeping: Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to all federal and state HR regulations.

Requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software a plus.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
