About the Role
The Role:
As an HR Representative at Tidy Temps, you'll wear many hats, playing a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for Cleaning Specialist Contractor roles. Welcome new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage benefits enrollment. Answer questions and provide guidance on benefits plans.
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Promote company policies and procedures.
Payroll and Timekeeping: Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to all federal and state HR regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
